
with Spinach & Hemp Seed Sautéed Rice
Ingredients: 5oz Salmon Fillet
2 Cups of Naturally Splendid Hemp Oil
1 Clove Garlic
1 Clove Shallot
Couple Sprigs of Tarragon
Directions (fish): In a small pot, heat 2 cups of hemp oil to low to medium heat (180º F maximum).
You may use an oil thermometer for this dish. Add garlic, shallot and tarragon and let the
flavors infuse for approximately 3 minutes. Then drop the salmon carefully into the oil and
ensure that it is fully submerged. Poach the salmon for approximately 5 - 8 min, or until firm
to touch. If the salmon begins to flake around the edges then it is fully cooked.
Spinach & Hemp Seed Sautéed Rice
Ingredients: 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup of Diced Tomato
3 Tbs of Naturally Splendid Hemp Seed
1 Cup Cooked Rice
Directions: In a pan, heat 2 tbs of Oil. (Veg / Olive Oil) Add garlic and cooked rice and saute
until the garlic is well incorporated into the rice. Next add the spinach & stir into the rice
until it has been completely wilted. Last add the tomato and hemp seed and mix into the rice.
Season with salt and pepper.
