RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
(Preparation time- 10 MIN, cooking time- N/A, serves 12-14, makes 2 1/4 cups)
14 oz can raspberries in fruit juice
8 tbsp red wine vinegar
5 tbsp Naturally Splendid hemp oil
1tsp fine sugar
1 tsp dried sage
add sea salt & freshly ground pepper (adjust to taste)
Place the raspberries and juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
Push the raspberry puree through a sieve into a bowl and discard the pips and pulp
Place the juice, vinegar, hemp oil, sugar, sage, and seasoning in a small bowl and whisk together thoroughly, or place ingredients in an airtight jar and shake until mixed.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
SHAKE THOROUGHLY BEFORE SERVING

USE WITHIN 3 DAYS
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Goes great with char-grilled veggies such as zucchini or eggplants, sprinkled with Naturally Splendid’s premium shelled hempseed. Also works in a mixed bean or rice salad.
VARIATIONS: In place of sage, use dried oregano, marjoram, or thyme. Use white wine or cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar.
