BALSAMIC MUSTARD DRESSING

Serves 4 (makes about 1/2 a cup)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp hemp oil
2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard, or adjust to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed sea salt & fresh ground pepper
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl or shake well in a screw top jar. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
SHAKE THOROUGHLY BEFORE SERVING KEEP REFRIGERATED USE WITHIN 3 DAYS
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with mixed greens, mixed bean salad, or with a young leaf salad.
