5 tbsp passata ( cooked tomato concentrate)
1 tbsp hemp oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
a pinch of sugar
sea salt & fresh ground pepper
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly in a screw top jar or, whisk in a bowl.
Adjust seasoning to taste & serve immediately.
